As a speaker at our event, it's important to leverage every opportunity to get your name and company in front of prospective partners and customers. In order to drive traffic to both your session and the conference overall, we have created a few services that you can use to inform your database.
These ideas are essentially free to implement, and should increase awareness of your company's participation in the premier energy trading event in the region. Use any or all of them, but please make sure you are clear that there is a fee to attend this conference, and any potential attendee would be required to pay in order to gain access to your session.
Speaker promotion tools:
1. Speaker discount link:
Invite your colleagues to attend the conference offering them a 10% discount. Email wendy@synergy-events.com for your personalized discount link.
2. Linkedin.com discussions and forums
We use Linkedin.com to generate discussion and for delegates and potential delegates to network. This online forum is a perfect place to promote your involvement, to announce your presentation and get feedback on core concepts prior to the conference. 3. Event banner for your signature
To promote your involvement in this event, we can send you a personalized banner/link for your email signature. This can then announce your involvement as a speaker in this event, and highlight the topic that you will be addressing. Further, this can then be hyperlinked to a special registration page that facilitates a special speaker contact discount.
4. Press releases
During the marketing of this event, several pre-releases will be sent to a vast range of media outlets. Please supply us with 50-60 words, preferably statements about what you see as the major challenges for the sector, and we will be sure to include these in the press releases, increasing your exposure, both in your sector and more broadly through additional business publications.
5. Web Link
We can customize a link for your website, announcing what you will be addressing, and showcasing your involvement. This can be listed as a banner on your homepage, or alternatively, as a listing on the events section of your website. We will happily customize as required. Once again, this will have a special link attached that will facilitate a special discounted rate for anyone who wishes to attend that is a contact of yours.
6. Specific Mailings
We can invite individual contacts on your behalf to attend the conference at a 10% discount.
