Speaker information
The purpose of submitting your biographical information is to promote your participation on the event website and in the onsite conference material.
The speaker information template can be downloaded from the Speaker Corner on the event website. Please send the completed form together with a JPG photo to : wendy@synergy-events.com a.s.a.p. or by the latest 21 September 2011.
Speaker registration
In order to have your badge available at the registration desk, we kindly ask you to make your speaker registration via the online speaker registration, to be found in the speaker corner on the website. Please register yourself before 21 September 2011
Hotel accommodation
Hotel and travel costs are at your own expense. Our selected travel agent, A-Travel has negotiated preferential rates with various hotels near Centre de Congres, Lyon. You can find details of how to book by clicking on the Travel and Stay page of the event website.
Final presentation
In order to prepare for the event, we would like to ask you to please forward your final PowerPoint presentation latest by 19 November 2011.
The PowerPoint file should not exceed 5 MB and should be sent to: wendy@synergy-events.com and will be forwarded to your session moderator.
Last minute changes to the PPT presentation can still be made. Please make sure that you bring your final presentation with you to the conference (either on CD ROM or USB memory stick)
